How does Zovi work?
Zovi connects you with AHPRA-registered practitioners through a simple online process. You'll complete a health questionnaire, have a consultation with a practitioner, and receive a treatment plan where clinically appropriate. All treatment decisions are made following individual clinical assessment.
Do I need a referral to use Zovi?
No referral is required to book a consultation. Your practitioner will assess your circumstances and advise if any further referrals or tests are needed.
Who can use Zovi's services?
Zovi's services are intended for adults in Australia. Suitability for any treatment plan is determined individually by your consulting practitioner, and not everyone will be a suitable candidate.
Is a Zovi consultation the same as seeing my regular GP?
Zovi consultations are provided by Ahpra-registered practitioners and are intended to complement, not replace, your relationship with your regular GP. We encourage you to keep your regular GP informed of any treatment you receive through Zovi.
What happens after my consultation?
If a treatment plan is considered clinically appropriate, your practitioner will discuss the options available to you. Results and suitability vary between individuals, and ongoing review may be recommended.
