These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zovi website and telehealth services. By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Zovi provides telehealth consultations with AHPRA-registered practitioners across Australia. Our services include, but are not limited to, consultations relating to hair loss, regenerative and wellness care, skincare, and medical weight loss. All treatment decisions are made at the sole clinical discretion of your consulting practitioner following individual assessment.
Our services are intended for adults located in Australia. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is true, current, and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
Zovi facilitates access to telehealth consultations. We do not guarantee that any consultation will result in a prescription, treatment plan, or specific outcome. All treatment options are determined individually following clinical assessment, and suitability varies between patients. Not every patient will be considered a suitable candidate for treatment.
Our services are not a substitute for your relationship with your regular GP, and are not intended for use in a medical emergency.
Consultation fees are displayed prior to booking. Where a treatment plan is considered clinically appropriate, any associated medication costs are charged separately and confirmed before you commit to treatment. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund.
Zovi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment where clinically necessary, in which case we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Where a practitioner determines that a prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, this will be dispensed through a licensed pharmacy partner and delivered to your nominated address. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the treatment and your location. Zovi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or pharmacy partners outside our reasonable control.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during your questionnaire and consultation. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may affect your practitioner's clinical assessment and could result in treatment not being suitable for you.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Zovi does not guarantee any specific health outcome, result, or timeframe from any consultation or treatment plan. Individual results vary, and all outcomes are dependent on your individual circumstances as clinically assessed by your practitioner.
To the extent permitted by law, Zovi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using our services, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Zovi website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Zovi or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our team using the details below. Complaints are reviewed in line with our internal complaints process. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to AHPRA or the relevant state or territory health complaints body.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
